The team behind Taqueria Condesa are insanely obsessed with the art of traditional Mexican cuisine. They’ve spent fruitful years studying and honing skills in the craft.
They formed Taqueria Condesa as part of a passion-ignited mission to spread the cause of premium and authentic tacos, from Mexico’s culinary epicentres. No Tex-Mex and no westernisation. Just unadulterated Mexican.

Twice-cooking, thrice-cooking, brining, broiling, braising, hand-pounding, hand-kneading. The methods used to craft each element of our tacos are indeed meticulous, but most of all they are authentic and time-honoured. As are all ingredients used.
